Youth Programme

We’re building the future of Richmond Baseball.

Our 2026 Youth Programme will introduce structured coaching for juniors of all abilities from complete beginners to developing players ready for competition. The aim is simple: create a fun, safe, and inspiring pathway into the game while strengthening the long-term foundations of the club.

With qualified coaches, dedicated field space, and a clear development structure, we want to make baseball in Richmond accessible, affordable, and something kids can grow up with.

Field #3 for 2027

Growth demands space and we’re growing.

Adding a third field by 2027 will allow us to expand senior teams, strengthen youth participation, and reduce scheduling bottlenecks that have limited our capacity in recent seasons.

Securing and developing Field #3 is a key step toward sustainably supporting more competitive teams and a thriving development pipeline.

Flood Field BackStop Renovation

The Flood Field backstop upgrade will modernise one of our most visible and high-impact structures. The new design improves safety for spectators and players, increases foul ball protection, and enhances the overall match-day experience.
